Do we accept watches in part exchange?

A.

10Past10 Ltd are open to part exchange deals, but all used watches being traded in a deal are subject to an onsite inspection by 10Past10 Ltd staff in advance of the completion of any deal. All watches traded must come with original documentation and presentation boxes preferably. For part exchange offers please email : partx@10past.co.uk

How can I pay for a watch?

Currently 10Past10 Ltd are set up to take payments via bank transfer or via Paypal (charges will apply) - we are working on the acceptance of debit and credit cards and hope to have an update on this soon. Can you deliver abroad?

A.

Yes we can - 10Past10 Ltd and the buyer will agree a shipping agent and all goods will be shipped with insurance and only after cleared funds are received.

Do your goods carry warranty?

A.

All new goods will carry the standard manufacturer warranties - and all of our unworn watches are likely to come with the majority of their manufactures warranty - unless otherwise stated.
